GuruMentra, operated by TodayInTech Solution, provides online software services (a web app at www.gurumentra.com and an Android app). We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

1. Delivery of the service

• Your account is available immediately after you sign up; there is nothing to ship.
• Registration fee: as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually within a minute), your public teacher profile and online admissions are turned on automatically.
• Monthly fee: pays for the use of the service in a month that has already been delivered; paying it keeps your account active without interruption.
• Invoices and payment receipts are available instantly in the Billing section of your account.

2. If something doesn’t activate

If you have paid but your profile or account is not active within 1 hour, write to [email protected] or call +91 76793 49780 with your invoice number. We will activate it or refund the payment as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
