Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payments to GuruMentra (teachers)

• Registration fee (₹99, one-time): non-refundable once paid, as your profile is published immediately.
• Monthly fee (₹5 per active student): billed after the month has been used, for the students actually active in it, and therefore not refundable.
• Duplicate or wrong charges: if you were charged twice or an amount different from your bill, email [email protected] with the invoice number within 30 days. Verified excess amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
• Cancellation: you can stop using the Platform at any time. Hide your profile and mark students inactive; no new monthly bills are created for months with no active students. Bills already issued remain payable.

2. Fees paid by students to teachers

Admission and tuition fees are paid directly to the teacher and never pass through GuruMentra. Refunds of those fees are decided by the teacher. Please contact the teacher directly.
