GuruMentra by TodayInTech Solution. You can delete your account and data at any time.

Delete it yourself (instant)

  1. Log in in the app or on this website.
  2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
  3. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you get a confirmation email.

Deleted permanently

  • Your profile, login and public listing
  • Students and parents (names, phone numbers, addresses)
  • Batches, timetable, attendance, homework, tests and results
  • Fee invoices and receipts you recorded
  • WhatsApp message history and your NexBotix connection
  • Photos and verification (KYC) documents
  • Enquiries and admission requests

Kept (legal requirement)

A record of your payments to GuruMentra (bill numbers, amounts, dates and payment references), kept for our accounts and tax records for up to 8 years. It contains no student or parent data. Your email is stored only as a one-way code so we can confirm the deletion if you ask.

Help requests you sent us are kept with your name and contact details removed.

Unused Refer & earn wallet balance is lost, so withdraw it first.

Can’t log in? Ask us to delete it

Send the email address or mobile number of your account. We verify it’s you and delete the account within 7 days.

Give at least one, so we can reply.
